Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a UI Designer to join our Design Team. You will develop future interfaces and immersive experiences supporting the EagleEye program, balancing strong visual communication with deep user journey understanding.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in UI/UX, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with AR/VR/XR interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct user testing with military personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating interface designs for software, games, or related experiences.
• Strong visual design skills and clear communication of ideas.
• Experience with AR/VR/XR interfaces is required or highly desired.
• Understanding of human factors and accessibility is important.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and implement user experiences across mixed reality and web.
• Develop visuals using sketches and digital comps; create high and low fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product teams and multidisciplinary design partners.
