Job summary

Pomegranate Media seeks a talented UI Designer to craft beautiful, emotionally resonant digital experiences. You will design websites and client experiences, with occasional graphic design work for marketing materials across long-term clients.

You will run internal and external workshops, collaborating with developers to translate designs into code. A London-based or commutable candidate is preferred for hybrid collaboration days and office days in Barbican.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating the why behind your designs.
• Several years of experience in web design.
• Deep fluency in Figma: components, prototyping, styles, variables, team workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Experience building design systems that translate to code.
• Grounded, collaborative mindset with teams.
• Experience running design workshops internally or externally.
• Willing to commute to London for internal collaboration days and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all creative production is of the highest quality.
• Explain design ideas and rationale to stakeholders both verbally and visually.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, idea sharing and learning.
• Proactively communicate with project managers to keep agency and clients aligned.
• Maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Own the creation and delivery of design work from concept to production.
