Summary

CTC Group is seeking a UI, Back End, or Full Stack Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise software applications in a Linux environment. This role focuses on Java and Python development, service-oriented architectures, microservices, containerization, and database integration to support complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications and services
• Develop and integrate software solutions using service-oriented architectures and microservices
• Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Design and implement database interfaces and queries using MongoDB or MySQL
• Develop, modify, and maintain software components using Python
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Debug existing software, resolve defects, and optimize application performance within Linux environments
• Integrate software components into new or existing systems and develop and execute software testing procedures
• Utilize Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, to track requirements, manage development activities, and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with systems engineers and development teams to evaluate software integration, system performance, and design improvements

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• Seven (7) years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required

Pay Information

The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.
