Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of wealth management experience.
• Deep expertise in Investment Management, Trust, Estate Planning, or Business Succession Planning.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Ability to provide investment guidance to highly complex client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new client acquisition through strategic networking, partnerships and referrals.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to grow client base and expand relationships.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives to attract new business.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and follow up to convert opportunities.
