Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• Deep expertise in Wealth Management with experience in Investment Management, Trust, Estate Planning, or Business Succession Planning.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Ability to provide Investment advice and guidance to highly complex client relationships.
• Collaborative team player with strong knowledge of finance and the economy.
• Excellent listening and communication skills for ultra-affluent clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through strategic networking, partnerships and referrals.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to grow client base and expand relationships.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with UHNW clients through exceptional service and proactive communication.
• Provide personalized education, advice, guidance and solutions across investment management, fiduciary advice, wealth planning and depository services.
