FNBO in Kansas City seeks a Financial Planner to work with ultra-high net worth clients, develop comprehensive financial plans, and deliver a superior planning experience.

You will gather income, expense, investment, tax and estate data, input into eMoney, develop actionable recommendations, present solutions to clients and internal partners, and maintain client files with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or path to CFP.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning.
• Experienced user of eMoney financial planning software.
• Experience servicing high net worth individuals and institutions.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend and lead client meetings around financial planning process and goal selection.
• Gather and interpret income, expenses, investments, tax and estate documents.
• Input data into eMoney and ensure accuracy of plan projections.
• Develop recommendations to improve clients' financial well‑being.
• Present solutions to clients and internal partners.
• Maintain and prepare client files and communications; use Salesforce for follow‑ups.
• Deliver exceptional client service and demonstrate planning expertise.
• Participate in team decisions and collaborate with advisors; pursue training opportunities.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program.
