Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• Deep expertise across Investment Management, Trust, Estate Planning, or Business Succession Planning.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Ability to provide investment advice to highly complex client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through strategic networking, partnerships and referrals.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to grow client base and expand relationships.
• Provide personalized education, advice and solutions using an integrated delivery approach.
• Collaborate with Trust, Planning and Investment teams to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
• Maintain compliance with bank policy, FINRA/SEC regulations and BSA/AML.
