Job summary

Lily Pond Services LLC is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for a private San Francisco residence with occasional support at a Palo Alto home. The role requires hands-on leadership in luxury housekeeping, strict discretion, and the ability to coordinate with other staff to maintain impeccable standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in UHNW household environments, deep knowledge of luxury care, and a proactive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UHNW private household
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards
• Experience managing household staff
• Discretion and professional demeanor
• Valid U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily housekeeping to maintain the residence to the highest standards
• Hands-on cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces
• Care for fine furnishings, artwork, and delicate surfaces including marble, wood, and specialty materials
• Manage laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care for the principals
• Maintain organization of closets, storage areas, and household systems
• Monitor and manage household inventory and supplies
• Assist with packing and unpacking for travel as needed
• Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations
• Prepare the home for principals' arrivals, guests, and special occasions
• Assist with light service support and occasional event preparation with the chef and team
