Goldman Sachs Family Office Accounting and Bill Pay in Albany, NY seeks an Analyst to help build a private client accounting and payment services offering for UHNW clients. You will assist with end-to-end bill payments, invoicing, and detailed financial reporting across multiple entities.

The role emphasizes accounting expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and collaboration with PWM, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to evolve the product offering.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• ACCA/CPA certification is highly desirable.
• At least 1 year of accounting, financial management, or family office operations experience.
• Experience with accounting principles, financial reporting, and multi-entity structures (e.g., trusts, LLCs, LPs).
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite) and/or bill pay platforms.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Support comprehensive accounting and payment services for UHNW clients.
• Handle end-to-end bill payment processing and vendor management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, cash flow analyses, budgeting and forecasting for client entities.
• Monitor cash across accounts and entities; reconcile accounts and client data.
• Serve as liaison between clients, advisor teams, and the Bill Pay team.
• Coordinate 1099 preparation and client record reporting.
