AlTi Tiedemann Global in Dallas seeks a Client Service Analyst to support UHNW clients with account administration and ongoing service delivery. You will prepare paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements, and help manage cash and securities movements in a dynamic team environment.

The role requires a finance/business background, 0–3 years in financial services, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Occasional travel to domestic offices is expected as part of client service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
• 0-3 years’ experience within financial services.
• Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• High attention to detail and collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel to domestic office locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Client Service Team to service UHNW clients.
• Support Advisors with new and existing client accounts and ongoing service.
• Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
• Facilitate opening/closing of accounts including SMAs and brokerage.
• Manage cash and security movements, deposits, withdrawals, wires, and journals.
• Coordinate with custodians and internal operations to process requests.
• Review billing for accuracy.
