AlTi Global, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Client Service Analyst to support the UHNW client base. You will collaborate with the Client Service Team to manage accounts, complete paperwork, and coordinate with custodians and operations to ensure accurate processing and billing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, readiness to learn, and the ability to travel domestically. A finance or business degree and up to 3 years in financial services are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business required.
• 0-3 years’ experience within financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to domestic office locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with assigned Client Service Team to service UHNW clients.
• Support Advisors with new and existing client accounts and provide ongoing client service.
• Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
• Facilitate opening and closing of accounts including SMAs and brokerage.
• Manage cash and security movements including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, and journals.
• Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams to ensure requests are processed correctly.
• Analyze and review billing for accuracy.
