Job summary

Right Side Up is seeking a creative Video Editor / Motion Graphics Editor to craft compelling, high-performing video content across paid social and digital marketing channels. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience producing and editing paid social ads and UGC-style videos.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative, hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTAs.
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics and visual elements for video storytelling.
• Familiarity with social platforms and best practices across digital channels.
• Experience adapting video content for different platforms, audiences, and formats.

Responsibilities
