The role combines storytelling with a performance marketing mindset, moving quickly in a fast-paced team and iterating based on campaign results and trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion graphics.
• Experience creating paid social ads and short-form videos (UGC style).
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and narrative in social content.
• Ability to adapt content for multiple platforms and formats.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content for paid social campaigns and digital marketing.
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to elevate storytelling.
• Transform raw footage and UGC into polished, platform-ready videos.
• Optimize videos for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Incorporate trends and platform best practices into production.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to meet campaign goals and timelines.
• Develop multiple creative variations to support testing and optimization.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.
