Job summary

Openkrill is looking for a creative Video Editor / Motion Graphics Editor to develop compelling video content for paid social and digital marketing. The role blends storytelling with performance marketing to drive results, transform raw footage and UGC into polished assets, and rapidly iterate based on feedback and trends.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is required, with experience in short-form content and ads across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience producing/editing paid social ads and short-form content.
• Understanding of performance-driven creative, hooks, pacing, and CTAs.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content for paid social campaigns, organic social channels, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop compelling motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects that elevate video content and storytelling.
• Transform raw footage, UGC content, and existing creative assets into polished, platform-ready videos.
• Create and optimize performance-driven video ads tailored to platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Incorporate social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific formats into video production.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to bring concepts to life and meet campaign objectives.
• Develop multiple creative variations, including different hooks, messaging, pacing, and visual treatments for testing.
• Apply feedback efficiently and iterate on assets to improve engagement and performance.
• Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining high standards and deadlines.
