Job summary

Topo Designs is seeking an in-house UGC Content Creator to produce scroll-stopping, phone-shot content for our bags and apparel. You will concept, shoot, edit and iterate short-form video and photo assets aimed at performance, working with Paid Media and Social teams to generate hooks and variations for ads and organic channels.

Responsibilities cover both paid social creative and organic content, with a focus on test-and-learn approaches, fast iteration, and keeping a well-organized content

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form video content, with a portfolio of UGC-style work.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven paid social content experience (Meta, TikTok) with results.
• Knowledge of how creative drives hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
• Strong editing skills in CapCut, Edits, Premiere, Final Cut or similar.
• Comfortable shooting on your own, phone-first, on camera when needed.
• DTC ecommerce experience preferred; outdoor, travel, bags or apparel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create UGC-style content for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube ads.
• Produce multiple variations to test hooks, angles, messaging and CTAs.
• Partner with Senior Paid Media Manager on weekly test plan and read results.
• Iterate fast on winning formats and build repeatable, scalable templates.
• Optimize assets for hook rate, hold rate, CTR and conversion.
• Coordinate with the creative team to complement brand campaigns.
