Job summary

Wellspoken Labs Inc. is seeking a UGC Engineer to own creator performance, develop engaging formats, build a learning system, and keep the program running efficiently.

You will diagnose why content underperforms, design practical tests, and drive improvements across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. You will coach creators on delivery, hooks, pacing, scripting, and editing, coordinate briefs and reviews, and help scale the program with data-driven decisions in a fast-growing consumer app

Qualifications

• Experience in UGC, creator marketing, social media, growth, content or similar field.
• Strong judgment about short-form content and what makes someone compelling on camera.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internet-native content.

Responsibilities

• Own creator performance: source, evaluate, and coach creators; ensure briefs are followed and posting targets met.
• Develop and improve formats: research high-performing content, turn ideas into formats, scripts, hooks, and briefs; iterate aggressively.
• Build a learning system: track what works, document experiments, and identify patterns to improve UGC effectiveness.
• Keep the machine running: manage creator pipelines, briefs, reviews, posting cadence, and payments.
