Rate is seeking a Senior Video Editor to shape compelling stories for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels. You will collaborate with Creative Directors and the team to turn raw footage into polished edits that align with brand direction and performance goals.

You will lead editorial decisions, manage multiple projects, and maintain high-quality standards for pacing, sound design, typography, and finishing across formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• Significant professional video editing experience across social, digital, branded, advertising, or creator-led content.
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts.
• Ability to find the strongest story within raw material and shape it from concept to final cut.

Responsibilities

• Own edits from raw footage through final delivery across social, paid, brand, and digital channels.
• Find compelling stories even from loose briefs or limited direction.
• Make editing decisions with pacing, music, sound design, and visual rhythm.
