Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Short Form Video Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, strong technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating and editing engaging short-form video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta) to align with our client’s branding, voice, and style.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and execute video concepts.
• Cut, trim, and sequence footage; add graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance videos.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for the specific platform they will be posted on.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in short-form video content and editing techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content creator and editor, with a strong portfolio of short-form video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback.

Preferred:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound editing.
• Familiarity with video compression and optimization techniques.
