We Are Looking For

A multi-skilled content creator who’s equal parts creative, strategic, and technical — and who can bring ideas to life across short- and long-form video formats. You’re confident on camera, but also deeply capable behind it — shaping narratives, producing visually engaging content, and editing with a sharp eye for storytelling.

You know what makes content resonate across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — from 60-second trend-reactive hooks to 10-minute deep dives. You’re fluent in internet culture, passionate about helping brands build relevance, and capable of elevating UGC-style videos into full-fledged stories that actually deliver on business goals.

You'll Do

  • Create content across a range of formats and lengths: from short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) to long-form (YouTube, explainer videos, docu-style narratives, interviews)
  • Own the full content lifecycle — ideation, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and publishing
  • Work closely with strategists and social leads to shape monthly content calendars that align with brand goals, platform trends, and campaign priorities
  • Translate complex ideas or niche industry topics into engaging, digestible, and highly watchable content
  • Keep a pulse on platform evolutions and creator trends, adapting your approach to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Evaluate content performance with a data-informed mindset, iterating based on learnings

You Have

  • 2+ years of content creation experience, with a strong portfolio that includes both short- and long-form video work
  • Proven ability to own creative production end-to-end, with strong skills in filming, lighting, scripting, sound, and editing
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required; After Effects or Illustrator is a major plus)
  • On-camera confidence and the ability to bring brand narratives to life through personality-driven storytelling
  • Experience building content for both personal and brand accounts, ideally in marketing, tech, or culture-related spaces
  • An eye for visual pacing, hooks, and retention — you understand what keeps people watching across formats
  • Deep understanding of platform-native content best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Bonus: experience with YouTube SEO, thumbnail design, doc-style interview filming, or creator/influencer collaborations
