Job summary

The Mane Attraction, LLC is looking for a creative, organized UGC & Affiliate Manager to grow our creator community and drive sales through UGC, influencer, and affiliate partnerships. You will recruit, manage, and coordinate campaigns across platforms, while tracking ROI and optimizing what works best for our beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand.

Your work will involve briefing creators, managing deliverables, and repurposing successful content to maximize reach and conversions.

Qualifications

• Build relationships and coordinate outreach, gifting, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Create briefs and manage UGC content from concept to completion.
• Grow and manage the affiliate program, including codes, links, incentives, and promotions.
• Track creator and affiliate performance, sales, and ROI.
• Identify trending content and creators that align with the brand.
• Repurpose high-performing UGC across social media, website, email, and ads.

Qualifications

• Experience in UGC, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social media.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Passion for beauty, hair, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of what drives engagement and sales.
