Job summary

Jacksonville University seeks an Associate Director of UG Admissions – Student Engagement & Recruitment to lead local and regional recruitment initiatives in Florida and the Southeast. You will manage a team of admissions counselors, build relationships with students and partners, and drive enrollment through multiple channels.

You will evaluate applications, provide guidance through the admissions process, and use data to optimize conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in enrollment management, preferably undergraduate admissions.
• 1+ year of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of the admissions cycle and metrics.
• Experience developing recruitment travel and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead undergraduate recruitment and enrollment efforts in FL and the Southeast.
• Manage and coach admissions counselors; provide guidance through the process.
• Maintain recruitment records, data, and reporting for local recruitment.
• Analyze enrollment trends to shape local recruitment strategies.
• Develop goals and partnerships to strengthen community relationships.
• Present to prospective students, families, and school counselors.
• Collaborate with internal departments to share market insights.
• Support leadership with local and regional recruitment initiatives.
