Job summary

Crypto.com in Chicago is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the U.S. consumer compliance program and exchange operations.

You will design, audit, and implement Reg E and UDAAP controls across products including digital assets, prepaid, and cards, partnering with product, operations, legal, and support teams. You will own the framework, respond to examinations, monitor consumer complaints, and align BSA/AML efforts with evolving federal and state rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Demonstrated expertise in Reg E and UDAAP risk frameworks.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the U.S. Consumer Compliance framework and Reg E/UDAAP controls across products.
• Review consumer-facing flows, disclosures, and promotions to prevent UDAAP issues.
• Manage Reg E error resolution timelines and consumer complaint root-cause analysis.
• Lead preparations for consumer compliance examinations and regulatory remediation efforts.
• Update and operationalize consumer compliance policies per federal and state standards.
• Collaborate with product, operations, legal, and support teams to embed controls in rollouts.
• Support broader compliance initiatives including BSA/AML policy alignment and reporting.
• Execute ad hoc regulatory projects.
