Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the U.S. consumer compliance program and exchange operations. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone with deep experience in Reg E, UDAAP, and consumer protection laws, across credit, prepaid and digital asset transactions.

You will design, audit, and operate compliance controls, collaborate with product, operations and legal teams, and prepare for regulatory reviews. The position supports a hybrid work model in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
• Subject matter expertise in Reg E and UDAAP
• Experience with consumer complaint trends and remediation
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations and audits

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the U.S. Consumer Compliance framework and Reg E/UDAAP risk across products.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of consumer-facing flows, disclosures, and promotional materials.
• Oversee Reg E timelines, root-cause analyses for complaints, and chargeback compliance.
• Lead preparations for examinations and audits; manage remediation project plans.
• Update policies to align with federal and state regs; collaborate with product and operations.
• Provide secondary support for BSA/AML initiatives and regulatory submissions
