Crypto.com is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our U.S. consumer compliance program and exchange operations, with deep focus on Reg E, UDAAP, and consumer protections across credit, prepaid and digital asset transactions.

You will design, audit and implement controls, oversee investigations of consumer complaints, and coordinate regulatory examinations. You’ll partner with product, operations, legal and support teams to embed compliant workflows in new features.

Formación

• 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Subject matter expertise in Reg E and UDAAP risk frameworks.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations and remediation plans.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and state consumer protection statutes.
• Ability to collaborate with product, operations, legal and customer support teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the U.S. Consumer Compliance framework and Reg E/UDAAP risk mitigation.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of consumer flows, disclosures, and promotional materials.
• Lead preparations for regulatory examinations and internal audits.
• Update and operationalize consumer compliance policies aligned with federal and state regulations.
• Partner with product, operations, legal and support teams to embed controls in releases.
• Support broader compliance initiatives including BSA/AML policy alignment.
