Job summary

Barrday is seeking an Associate Machine Operator to safely and efficiently run Uni-Directional textile machines in our Charlotte, NC facility. You will work as part of a self-directed team and contribute to meeting quality and production targets while following standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read instructions in English. Overtime and lifting up to 40 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Precise manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate UD textile machines safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Stage material, barcode, label, and maintain inventories during runs.
• Set basic equipment parameters per product requirements.
• Follow SOPs and test procedures, document production data.
• Maintain 5S and lean practices; ensure safe work environment.
