Job summary

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia offers a 2nd/3rd level support role for uCMDB with business hours coverage and no on-call duty. The position focuses on maintaining smooth daily operations and stable service delivery for our clients.

Successful candidates will coordinate with the software vendor on incidents, requirements, and technical issues, leveraging strong communication and independent work with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in uCMDB support and/or application operations.
• Understanding of application support processes and basic integration support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for uCMDB during business hours with no on-call duty.
• Support daily application operations and ensure stable service delivery.
• Coordinate technical issues, incidents, and requirements with the software vendor.
