ASSYST is seeking a UCaaS Telecommunications Engineer to support our client, in a major enterprise voice transformation initiative. This role will contribute to the clients Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) program, which involves migrating the existing on-premise legacy voice infrastructure to a modern, cloud based solution. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support including configuration, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the client’s Microsoft Teams Phone system. Working under the direction of the UCaaS Program Manager, the engineer will assist in migrating multiple departments to the new platform.

Dutiesinclude:

• Assessrequirements,providerecommendations,testsolutionsandleadimplementationforanyapprovedvoiceservicesincludinglegacyanalogofferings

• EnsureenrolledPolydeskphonesmaintaincurrentsoftwareandfirmware

Required Experience:
