Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Lead Architect to steer the Unified Communications hardware and software portfolio, spanning Audio, Video, and Control. You will define architectures, shape requirements, and guide engineering and product teams through UC certification challenges.

Ideal candidates have deep Teams/Zoom experience, strong cross-domain leadership, and a track record of delivering certified collaboration endpoints across Windows and Android platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in audio/video/collaboration hardware/software development.
• Experience designing for Teams/Zoom certification programs.
• Strong architecture background across Audio and Video signal chains.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end system architectures across Audio, Video, and Control subsystems for UC interoperable products.
• Lead hardware/software requirements aligned to Teams/Zoom certifications and customer needs.
• Provide technical input to product management on feature tradeoffs and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and guide certification lab engagements from planning to sign-off.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering leadership to ensure performance and manufacturability.
