Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Unified Communications Administrator to maintain and enhance our UC&C services including VoIP, PBX, VTC, IM, and Presence across global locations. The role involves CUCM, CMS, TMS, VCS, and IMC tools, with ongoing patching, upgrades, and training material development.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with CI poly clearance, IAT II cert, and 4+ years in unified communications. Expect occasional travel up to 10% and a demanding but rewarding environment supporting

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance with CI poly required
IAT II certification required
4+ years of unified communications experience
Experience with VoIP/PBX telephony systems and Cisco UC technologies

Responsibilities

Provide VoIP/PBX and UC system support and guidance
Support Cisco CUCM, CMS, TMS, VTC and IMC environments
Install, patch, and upgrade UC hardware and software
Troubleshoot UC&C issues and perform root-cause analyses
Create training materials and SOPs for UC environment
Monitor and manage tickets for UC services and user requests
