Job summary

CACI's Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program seeks a Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) Operations Technician with an active TS/SCI clearance to support global customers.

You will work across VoIP/PBX, UC platforms, VTC, IM, and presence, using CUCM, CMS, TMS, and related tools, providing operations, maintenance, and training as needed; travel up to 10% within CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with CI poly before start.
• IAT II certification required.
• 4+ years in unified communications.
• High school or higher with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of VoIP/PBX and Cisco UC Manager.
• Support IM systems like Jabber, Webex, or Teams.
• Support VTC equipment including CMS, MCU, CMS.
• Schedule, monitor, and administer UC services.
• Perform IOS and software upgrades and patches.
• Assist training and SOP development for UC environment.
