• Maintain and provide support for Unified Communications services globally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Video Teleconferencing.
• Provide training and technical guidance to lower skill level employees.

Skills

Technical knowledge of VoIP / PBX telephony systems

Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Experience with IM systems like Cisco Jabber or Microsoft Teams

VTC equipment technical knowledge
