Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Franklin, TN is seeking a Store Lead to drive sales, oversee technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service. This W2, full-time role includes hands-on repair responsibilities and team leadership, with shifts Monday–Saturday 10:00–19:00 and Sunday 12:00–17:00.

You will train the Tech team, liaise with dispatched technicians, and implement new processes while promoting the Connected Home product and the Serve, Solve, and Sell approach.

Qualifications

• Team Leader/Supervisor experience required.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with device repair (computers, laptops, tablets, phones, hardware, LCD replacement).
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Full-time with Monday–Saturday 10am–7pm and Sunday 12pm–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable.
• Ensure technicians are versed in Connected Home product and Serve, Solve, and Sell approach.
• Train and develop the Tech team.
• Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.

In This Role, You'll Serve As a Lead

• Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable for their performance.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales behaviors and customer service best practices, ensuring that Technicians are well-versed in the Connected Home product and the 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' approach.
• Train and develop the Tech team.
• Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.
• Implement new processes.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership.

As a Retail And Repair Tech, Your Responsibilities Include

• Learning and applying the details of the Connected Home product, understanding the customer's technology, and offering and selling protection/tech support solutions.
• Consulting with customers to identify issues or explain repair procedures.
• Repairing devices, addressing cracked glass, and conducting pre- and post-repair testing.
• Applying sales experience to consistently promote the Connected Home product and employ the 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' approach.

Experience Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Highly recommended experience in sales and customer service.
• Essential experience with device repair, including computers, laptops, tablets, phones, hardware, software, and phone screen LCD replacement.
• Past experience with ability to frequently lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
• This is a full-time position with varying schedules. Working days and hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, and Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm.

Deal-Breaker Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
