• Recruit eligible high school students to participate annually.
• Design and implement STEM-focused curriculum for summer residential program.
• Hire, train, and supervise UBMS staff and student workers.
• Oversee academic year mentors and STEM projects.
• Assist with residential or virtual programming development.
• Develop and maintain program marketing materials and promotional content.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance reports to the Department of Education.
