Job summary

A leading UAV development company in California seeks a motivated intern to assist with unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in assembling and integrating UAVs, ideal for students pursuing degrees in robotics or aerospace. Interns will support testing, wiring, and system integration, gaining exposure to next-gen autonomous vehicle development and real-world applications. A strong interest in UAV technology and basic electronics skills are required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Interest in UAV and robotics systems.
• Experience with soldering and wiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling UAV platforms for research.
• Integrate sensors and communication devices.
• Perform hardware setup for onboard electronics.
• Document wiring diagrams and configurations.

Skills

Interest in robotics systems and UAVs

Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems

Experience with wiring, connectors, or soldering

Familiarity with Linux

Basic programming (Python or C++)

Experience with ROS2

Troubleshooting hardware issues

Education
