Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative who will begin with an extended training course, attain certification, and be deployed to Forward Operating Base or Maritime sites as part of a personnel team.

FSR candidates must have UAV operation experience, an active clearance, and the ability to travel 75% of the time in CONUS and OCONUS environments. The role combines hands-on field work with team-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent education with 2-5 years in unmanned aviation.
• Active SECRET or TS Clearance.
• UAV operator experience (1000 hours); fixed wing 500 hours.
• UAV/MECH experience 2-5 years with rotorcraft experience; FAA license preferred.
• Strong computer and GUI proficiency.
• Team-oriented with travel readiness.
• Maritime UAS experience.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to Forward Operating Base or Maritime sites as part of personnel teams.
• Receive certification through extended training course and operate as Mechanic/Operator.
• rotations can vary; travel at least 75% of the time.
