Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field with 5–7 years experience; or 11 years experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Working knowledge of engineering and/or configuration management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Tracks UAV configurations and deliverables.
• Maintains inventory in relevant databases.
• Keeps aircraft configurations current per procedures or contracts.
• Collaborates with Project Management on CM requirements.
• Reviews plans/drawings/software docs to ensure config compliance.
• Coordinates BOM changes with Engineering for product/customer needs.
• Develops records and status tracking for projects.
• Collaborates with QA to track failures and metrics.
• Streamlines processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyzes data and reports metrics to Directors/Executive Team.
