Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering with 7+ years in aircraft design.
Hands-on proficiency with CAD, FEA and CFD analysis tools.
Experience with flight test planning and risk assessment.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of aerospace systems, including aircraft, subsystems, and related components.
Develop flight test plans, test procedures, flight cards, and testing documentation.
Conduct detailed engineering analyses and simulations to ensure system performance, reliability, and safety.
Mentor junior engineers and develop technical documentation and reports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful system integration.
