Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in system analysis, UAT, and test case design and execution.
• Proficiency in SQL for report generation and data validation.
• Experience working with integrated eligibility systems and supporting data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into verifiable data queries and support policy compliance.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to urgent needs and develop solutions independently.
• Experience in business process analysis, use case development, and gap analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system analysis and perform UAT validations for change requests and production incidents, coordinating with vendors and interface partners.
• Lead design sessions to gather and detail specific application or project requirements, defining responsibilities, operations, attributes, and process flows.
• Develop and document functional and process requirements to support system design and build.
• Assist with data requests, perform ad hoc data script validations, and review notices in the live environment to ensure quality.
• Automate KPI validations and verify data points using SQL queries for internal quality control.
• Support collection of data for federal agencies, perform data analysis, and prepare documentation for demonstrations.
• Monitor incident tickets, track resolution progress, and coordinate with tier-II teams to resolve case issues efficiently.
