Job summary

Pride Health is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead UAT efforts for healthcare IT solutions in New York. You will coordinate UAT events, develop test plans, cases, and scripts, and ensure rigorous defect tracking before go-live.

You will collaborate with IT, CORE, Claims teams, and business analysts, uphold QA standards, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience in QA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology quality assurance and UAT.
• Experience with systems/application testing.
• Strong knowledge of UAT processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate UAT events to validate requirements before go-live.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
• Perform positive and negative testing to identify defects and validate corrective actions before implementation.
• Ensure adherence to standard UAT quality assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Conduct test execution, defect tracking, issue resolution follow-up, and status reporting activities.
