Job summary

CAC I International Inc in the United States seeks a UAS Red Team Pilot to perform operational duties on fixed-wing and rotary UAS platforms, supporting intelligence mission planning, sensor operations, and remote piloting.

This role requires deploying to CENTCOM AOR for up to 6-12 months, with travel up to 75%, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. Strong DoD UAS experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with DCMA 8210, HQDA 228-24, AR951.
• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• Experience instructing large groups of military personnel.
• BA/BS with 0-3yrs experience; or AA/AS with 4 years; or HS/GED with 6 years.
• Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS (hobbyist level acceptable).
• Pre-deployment training, VALEX and technical exchange experience.
• Must be able to obtain FAA UAS Pilot License.
• Must be able to deploy to CENTCOM theater.
• Experience with RPV design/fabrication and MDMP knowledge.
• Strong ability to communicate and work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with DoD UAS system policies and procedures.
• Aircrew training and flight jacket monitoring and updates.
• Currency requirements per GFR directives.
• Maintain and modify multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS platforms for training.
• Launches, recovers, and performs pre/post-flight checks.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS on short notice for threat information sharing.
• Assist with vulnerability site assessments to inform analysts.
• Coordinate with national and international intelligence agencies.
• Plan and act as safety officer for flight operations.
• Provide comprehensive technical red-team analysis.
• Perform duties independently; work in small teams.
