Job summary

Parra Consulting Group is seeking a UAS Red Team Pilot to perform operational duties on COTS fixed-wing and rotary UAS platforms and related systems. The role requires deploying to the CENTCOM AOR for 6–12 months at a time, rotating with other deployers, to conduct mission planning, sensor operation, and system recovery.

Responsibilities include assisting with DoD UAS policies, training aircrew, maintaining documentation, and executing pre- through post-flight checks.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance (Secret) with potential to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with UAS system policies and procedures.
• Support aircrew training and keep documentation up to date.
• Maintain currency requirements per GFR directives.
• Fabricate, program, and maintain multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS platforms.
• Launch, remote-pilot, and recover air vehicles and perform checks.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS for training and operations.
• Assist with vulnerability site assessments for analysts.
• Coordinate with national/international agencies on data sharing and analyses.
• Plan flight operations and act as safety officer during events.
• Provide comprehensive technical red-team analysis.
• Perform duties independently.
• Work effectively in a small-team environment.
