Job summary

CACI is seeking a c-UAS Trainer/RPV Pilot to design training materials, conduct instruction, and support UAS/RPV operations for ESID. Role includes needs assessment, curriculum design, and updating content for training across US forces. Will deploy to various AOR up to 6 months, with responsibilities in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD area.

Prior SOF or senior combat arms experience highly regarded. Travel up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS; requires active Secret clearance with potential TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience instructing large groups in a military environment.
• BA/BS / AA/AS / HS/GED with corresponding experience.
• Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS.
• Special Operations/SF or senior combat arms background.
• Experience with pre-deployment training and knowledge exchange.
• Ability to obtain Amateur Radio Technician License.
• Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 (sUAS) license.
• Knowledge of MDMP and DoD processes.
• MS Office proficiency and intelligence automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instructor materials (manuals, workbooks, handouts, certificates).
• Train US and Coalition Forces.
• Identify vulnerabilities and critical infrastructure related to UAS threats.
• Acquire, fabricate, modify, program, and maintain RPV for tests.
• Launch and recover air vehicles; perform pre/during/post flight checks.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS on short notice for dissemination of threat information.
• Conduct vulnerability site assessments.
• Coordinate with national and international intelligence agencies.
• Provide comprehensive red-team analysis.
• Perform duties independently in various locations.
• Work in a small team environment.
