Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary, seeks a Flight Test Operator to support integration and testing of UAS hardware and software at our Bingen, WA facilities. The role focuses on operating and maintaining aircraft and related systems for engineering, production, and training activities.

You will ensure mission readiness, comply with safety standards, and collaborate with the team to achieve enterprise objectives while traveling up to 10% domestically/internationally.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Aviation or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Insitu UAS operations and maintenance.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Bingen, WA.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain aircraft and equipment for engineering, production, demos.
• Support testing and training activities in Flight Operations.
• Ensure systems are mission-ready and compliant with safety standards.
• Conduct flight operations in multiple airspace areas as needed.
• Obtain and maintain required medical clearance for government programs.
• Mentor new team members to maintain proficiency.
