Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Prior military or equivalent aerospace training experience
• Prior military instructor experience highly desirable
• Willingness to travel regularly (CONUS/OCONUS)
• Cumulative travel 8–9 months per year

Responsibilities

• Operates and instructs on Unmanned Air Systems (UAS)
• Participates in Master Trainer Training Program (MTTP)
• Maintains safe field operations and adherence to procedures
• Performs UAS equipment and material inventories
• Completes field operation documentation and data collection
• Captures information for after‑action reports and lessons learned
• Leads small groups of students to meet course objectives
