Job summary

Leidos, in the Digital Modernization Sector, seeks a User Activity Monitor Engineer to support the HEITS Contract under the DHS Insider Threat Program. Focus is on sustaining the UAM tool and hosted infrastructure with analytics, monitoring, and data correlation.

The role covers updates, deployments, maintenance, gap resolution, configuration requests, documentation, and stakeholder training, including a certification program for staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or Master's with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
• Experience presenting briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience with EverFox or similar UAM products/platform.
• Active Top Secret clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.
• Onsite location in Springfield, VA with potential rotational telework.

Responsibilities

• Support the User Activity Monitor software solution, executing updates, changes, deployments, and sustainment activities.
• Support UAM maintenance to ensure functionality and deployment enterprise-wide.
• Resolve coverage gaps; assist ITP analysts with new configurations, feeds, and updates.
• Support documentation to capture the configuration baseline.
• Support training and certification programs for personnel development.
