Job summary

Leidos is seeking a UAM Engineer to support the DHS Insider Threat Program through the UAM tool and hosted infrastructure. The role focuses on updates, deployments, sustainment, and configuration management across the enterprise.

You will work with ITP analysts on configurations, feeds, and UAM updates, contribute to documentation, and assist training to establish a personnel certification program. Remote rotation may be available with onsite in Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years.
• Proven leadership responsibilities and strong written/oral communication.
• Experience developing technical documents, analyses, and reports.
• Experience presenting briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience with UAM products and platform technologies.
• Active Top Secret clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.
• This position may allow rotational telework with onsite Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities

• Support the User Activity Monitor software solution, updates, deployments, and sustainment.
• Support UAM maintenance to ensure functionality across the enterprise.
• Address coverage gaps and assist analysts with new configurations and feeds.
• Support documentation to capture configuration baselines.
• Assist training and ensure a certification program for personnel development.
