Job summary

Kent is seeking a U.S. Operations Manager – Commissioning Talent Solutions to lead growth and market expansion in the U.S. region.

You will identify opportunities, build client relationships with operators, and ensure the organization has the manpower and capability to execute projects from opportunity through startup. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in oil & gas, strong business development skills, and a proven track record in managing project execution and mobilization for large-scale

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, refining, LNG, midstream, or related facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on operators and key clients in the oil & energy sector.
  • Identify upcoming capital projects and opportunities requiring completions, commissioning, startup, and field execution services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers, project executives, and procurement groups.
  • Lead client presentations, capability discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract pursuits.
  • Develop manpower strategies and ensure the organization can mobilize qualified personnel for new projects.
  • Ensure project mobilization and execution with project and field leadership.
