Job Description

We are seeking a bright, motivated undergraduate to join L.E.K. as an Associate starting in August or October 2027. Associates are at the heart of our client work, quickly taking on meaningful responsibility and playing a crucial role on each case team. From day one you will lead research, analyze data, generate insights, and help shape recommendations that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on clients’ markets, customers, and competitors.
• Perform rigorous analysis to drive insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate key findings to the client in written presentations and verbal interactions that deliver maximum impact.

Development and Compensation

• Competitive compensation: $95,000 (USD) base salary with performance bonus and profit sharing.
• Fast‑paced, high‑impact cases across industries and services, typically 6–10 projects a year.
• Commitment to training, development, and fostering analytical and leadership skills.
• Promotion to Consultant and beyond based on demonstrated performance.
• Hybrid work model: assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday each week and first Friday of each month.
