Qualifications

While we do not use a rigid checklist, we seek candidates who demonstrate a combination of attributes that form an excellent foundation for a successful consulting career at L.E.K. Qualified candidates are typically enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date between April and June 2027. While L.E.K. prioritizes MBA candidates, individuals with relevant prior business or professional experience will also be considered. Consultants at L.E.K. generally possess advanced degrees or several years of experience in roles requiring strong problem solving, structured thinking, and the ability to drive impactful, data-informed decisions.

Note: As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to complete an online assessment. This enables us to gain a more comprehensive understanding of each candidate’s skills, strengths, and potential.

Additional Information

• The base salary for this position is $185,000 annually. L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus and profit sharing.
• L.E.K. Consulting offers a competitive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, HSA contributions (where applicable), paid time off, and other firm-sponsored benefits.
• This role follows our hybrid work model for U.S. offices. We require employees to be in their assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, as well as the first Friday of each month.
