U-Haul Company is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) to service local delivery routes in the Washington area. As a CCR, you will handle U-Box containers and provide friendly, courteous customer service while supporting safe operations.

The role requires CDL and DOT certification, a HS diploma or equivalent, and a clean driving record. Training for forklift and flatbed operation is provided, with opportunities for education and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and DOT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate a forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport containers to and from customers’ homes or businesses – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
